My Bootcamp journey began back in November 2022. At that time, I had a very busy work schedule, and in 2025 my time became even more focused on caring for my newborn, so I wasn’t able to study consistently. I only started practicing with the PMP simulator about one month before my exam date. During my preparation, I completed more than 1,000 mock test questions from Project Victor. From my experience comparing different mock exams from various academies, I found that Project Victor’s mock tests were the closest to the actual PMP exam. Practicing with their simulator really helped me set the right expectations and prepare effectively for the real test. Thanks to this preparation, I was able to pass the PMP exam.

Although I had prior project management experience, joining Project Victor’s PMP Boot Camp significantly deepened my understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
