This interactive 2-day workshop equips project managers with the essential power skills that elevate professional presence and strengthen influence in project environments. The course blends theory, practical tools, and experiential learning to help participants master communication, negotiation, leadership, and conflict management while fostering inclusivity and team collaboration.

Day one emphasizes effective communication, diversity awareness, and speaking skills, using dynamic activities such as the Shark Tank Workshop, Miscommunication Simulation, and Back-to-Back Listening Exercise.

Day two focuses on leadership, conflict management, and negotiation, guiding participants through the TKI Conflict Mode Instrument, marshmallow leadership activity, and structured negotiation frameworks (BATNA, WATNA, WAP, ZOPA, and more).

By the end of this course, participants will be better prepared to communicate with clarity, lead with confidence, negotiate with strategy, and collaborate across diverse teams, ensuring greater project success.
